LEDs for a 40B

So I want to upgrade to led's from my 4 bulb T5HO fixture as I want to keep some sps. I'm looking at the rapid led 40b kit, it doesn't look all that hard to assemble and I figure I'll get their dimmer for now and maybe upgrade it down the road.



Before I spend the cash I'm wondering if there are any other comparable options around the same price point that might be better?



Only real must have is it being dimmable, sunrise/sunset is nice but I can live without it
