LED bulbs
I have NO IDEA if they will work for growing anything, but for the price they look like a great deal. I might pick up a pack just to use around the house as CF bulbs go out.
FYI, these are $36 for a 6 pack right now. At $6 each 90 lumens per watt running at 9.8w.
