Help!

1 need advice im gonna try and make a long story short I took down my 75 gallon in wall tank as we were doing renovations to the back room I sold most of all the livestock except for some frags and my blue tang that iv had for over a yr .I put the fish, frags,live rock and sand in a 30 gallon temporary tank . this was 3 months ago I re set up the 75 gallon the other night I moved the equipment from the 30 back to the 75 I had the water mixed and then started to add new live sand and I was gonna use some of the sand from the 30 to seed it I did not rise the new sand and the water has been cloudy for over 24hrs with no improvement I have everything running on the tank I cant see a inch in the tank and the water seems really silky my issue is that I took all the rock and sand out of the 30 including fish/coral and put them in a bucket with a heater and pump I did this caz I was trying to beat the cycle as I was reusing all the water from the 30 as well but the tank will not clear and i don't want to put them in till it does what should i do?
