Getting into SPS

Hey reefers,

I recently transfered my 40 breeder to a 65g, and i really want to get into SPS. I currently have a 4 bulb T5 fixture, and if I would be able to grow SPS with the T5s. I don't think I can. I know that radions are very popular, but they seem expensive too me. Just want some help.
