New to Reefing, Cycle question.

I have just started my first saltwater tank on Monday (20 gallon long). I had cured my dry rock for 2 weeks prior. My question is how often should I do a water change during the initial cycling process? I know after the cycle a regular 10% every week or 20% every two weeks is acceptable. Is it more frequent during the cycle period?
