wave maker in Aquareef 275

Hi,

:help: I have a aquareef 275, I bought a Jebao WP40 but found it was to powerful for the tank even on low rate.

I need something that wont go mental on the aggronite sand but provide a decent current that also wont batter the clown fish,

what wave makers can anyone recc??

was looking at fluval ones or possibly getting a lower jebao model?
