Royal Gramma and Neon Dottyback

I have new 30 gallon (cycled) tank. I've had two clowns in the tank for about three weeks. Last week I added a Royal Gramma. Two days later I added a Neon Dottyback. So far the Gramma mostly hides in the rocks but comes out now and then. The Dottyback is out about half the time.



On the two occasions I've seen them out at the same time the Dottyback nips at the Gramma. Did I make a bad choice, or should I allow them to acclimate a little longer to see if they start getting along?
