So after running a 20g saltwater tank successfully for a year now i decided to buy an fluvial spec 5g tank as a little summer distraction. Due to various reasons with my 20g i could never get the lighting quite right to get decent coral growth or successful sps growth.
The 5g i think would be a great tank to give sps a blast since the lighting should be within my low endish budget. I was thinking of using an LED lamp to light the tank but i want to make sure i get really decent growth without spending more than about £100. My knowledge of LEDs is sketchy at best so some advice would be great. Would the following be okay for good/impressive sps growth:

Obviously the cheaper bulb would be better but do you guys think splashing out on the stronger bulb would be a better plan or would i just bleach the corals?
p.s. well aware of the difficulties with keeping a 5g and fully prepared for the challenge.
