Restarting a tank

Hey everyone,



I moved about three months ago and before I moved, I just let all the water evaporate out of my tank so I could move it easier. The only thing in my tank at the time was a few pieces of LR. Now that they have been sitting out with no water for a few months, along with my sand bed, I need some guidance. What would you suggest is best to get my tank up and running again?
