new tank questions please help

I am setting up a new 10 gallon nano reef tank. I'm looking at going with a quad t5 lighting system with 2 10,000k bulbs and 2 actinic blue bulbs. Is that enough or is that too much lighting? Also I'm going with a 245 koralia water pump and I want to know if that's enough water flow in the tank. Please help me
