Best way to introduce multiple tangs

I've got a 200 that is 96x24x20 and I currently have 8 lyretail anthias, 6 pajama cards, a couple of Black & White Perculas, and a 6 line wrasse. I'm probably going to add a marine betta and couple of other small fish but I ultimately want to finish with 3 hippos, 4 yellow and one larger blonde naso. My theory was to put all the tangs in last all at the same time after I've got all my smaller fish in. This make sense or am I screwed up?
