SPS Feeding (a little over time VS a lot at once)

I have sps tank and i was wondering if anyone has any opinions on feeding once at night after lights out or dosing a 2 ml 6 or 8 times a day? I mixed together phytofeast, oysterfeast, rotifeast,and cyclopeez in one container.

It is a 90 gal w a 150gal sump 225 volume minus stuff.
