Maroon Clown Injured by rock?

About 2 months ago, I added a Green bubble tipped anemone(5-6")the aquarium and ensured that he acclimated and was in good shape. I added a maroon clown (about 2 1/2" long), He the anemone hosted him about 3-4 days later and they became best of buds. The issue is, he goes crazy with his rubbing on the anemone (anemone doesn't seem to care) but he keeps brushing up against a right next to the anemone during his crazy rubbings. He now has a wound on the side of him about 1/2" long but it doesn't seem to bother him. He even lets the cleaner shrimp pick at it at times while hes in his anemone.

My questions is whether or not I should leave him be seeing that he appears happy/health other than the gash, or move him to a hospital tank?

I had also thought about lowering the lighting a bit and changing up the flow to get the anemone to move so it wouldn't be next to the rock for him to hurt himself on, just haven't came up with an exact plan yet.

I was concerned if it would make it worse separating him from his anemone and inducing more stress to add medications.

Any ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
