OK...I've got a 30g glass aquarium that I want to set up in the cellar next to my [White worms are easy] bench area. I plan to drill the tank for a drain and set it up for a constant water change, either from domestic well water or/and gravity 55g filled with RO/DI waste water.
I have pretty close to ideal conditions with temperature maxing @ 60 summer, 54 winter, and it is totally in the dark with lights out.
I'm not having a gods time with the current set up with just an air stone and an occasional major water change. The woks are doing fine in the little 2lb coffee top lids with layers of oak leaves, but I want to be able to harvest them as quickly as I can the white worms.
The bulkhead[s] need to be high in case I decide to use this for full tank needs later.
Got any thoughts?
