Found a tiny Black Urchin on LR..Good?Bad?

I have noticed one or possibly two very small (size of a BB) black urchins out in my new tank. Must have hitchhiked with the LR. What should I be concerned or excited about this find?? I will try to post a pic but they are rather photo shy.
