Coffee is ready for the early folks, and some ready for you to flip the switch. Taking Jeff's suggestion, let's start with cream of wheat with raisins and brown sugar. And...egg and cheese (and meat if you want) sammiches on ciabatta bread. Nanners and apples, too.
