Does this look ok to overflow a 55g ~4feet above the sump?

The head loss calculator I found required entering a model # but didn't have this one, also this company rates by liters. I had to go back and forth a couple times, so I thought I should run it by you guys. There's a jebao in the same range but I like how this one is adjustable on the pump, I'm not married to it though if there's something better.
I got a couple rec's for the mag 12 in the equipment forum, thoughts?
