frozen food amounts?

I have a 90 gallon with 2 clowns, a one spot fox face, a coral beauty, and a molly miller blenny. I feed frozen mysis, frozen brine, pellets, and nori. I'v noticed the cubes of miss and brine seem to have way too much in them when I thaw them out.



Do you all cut up the cubes when feeding? Do you thaw the cubes in salt water first?
