eBay 165 watt led: full spectrum or white/blue?

I think there was a thread debating these. Is there a consensus? I have only a current marine orbit 48" and even my green mushroom isn't happy. Wife may get me some eBay led for x-mas. So not sure which. I'll get 2 for my 90 gallon. The white/blue are a few bucks less.
