Micro bubbles

Does anyone have a problem with micro bubbles when using the cadlights pls50 skimmer? I can't seem to get rid of them. I have been running the skimmer for about a month now and it works great, I have no complaints about it skimming ability, but I have micro bubbles in my tank like crazy. The tank I have is the innovative marine 40g with a max spect 120w razor. Let me know if you have a suggestions on how to fix this problem. I have the skimmer right now in the second baffle. It is really the only good skimmer that fits in the system too.
