One of the nerites I got is much bigger than the rest, size of a quarter. He doesn't seem to be doing much. I read that they will hang out above the water line while for a week or so, but He hasn't come down like the smaller ones.
I knocked him off once and put him by the diatoms and he ate for a while but next morning he was back on the ceiling. I think I would've caught him if he was moving to eat and then returning to his spot. It seems like he would need to eat the most, but maybe he's retired?
