Ok, I am very confused on how deep of a sand bed I should get. I have heard of bare bottom tanks, but the natural look of a sand bed is just too appealing. I would like to be getting a Tiger Watchman Goby, which requires a deepish sand bed, and I would also like some cerith snails. I have also heard that if you have too deep a sand bed, that the bacteria underneath after a period of time will get no oxygen, and DIE! Is this true, and if it is how deep of a sand bed should I get that supports both the needs of my goby, snails, and bacteria?:fish::fish::fish:
