What LED light?

I'm thinking of having my wife get me LEDs for Christmas for my tank. I don't really know what the difference in the whites and blues combo and the full spectrum lights. Can anyone help me on this? It will be going on my 30 gallon tank. LPS dominate. Any suggestions on certain ones are welcome, and any info is appreciated. Thanks
