Sebae anemone

I have a small sebae anemone that has brown strings wrapping up a few tentacles. It looks like a piece of thread and like it is cutting the circulation to the tentacle off. Anyone had something like this happen? The nem is new so I don't want to stress it trying to get it off if I don't have to.
