Nitrates

Whats up everyone, been cycling a 75 gallon reef tank on day 74. About 90 lbs of live rock, sand substrate, protein skimmer, 30 gallon sump, two taotronics 120 LED's, two 500gph stream pumps.

Critters - 5 small hermits, 15 chestnut turbo snails, coral banded shrimp, candy goby shrimp

Bottom feeder - 3.5 inch diamond watchman

Worm hunter - 2 inch 6 line wrasse

Special needs/pods/$$ - 3 inch green mandarin

Other fishes - juvenile bonded clowns, one orange, one black

4 inch foxface rabbit

juvenile regal tang

4 inch royal gramma

Water parameters as of today

Salinity .025

Ammonia 0

nitrites 0

nitrates 20

phosphate 0

calcium 430

magnesium 1340

DKH 12

PH 8.4

Temp 78

Been holding steady for the last three weeks with just weekly water changes and changing filter media. Cannot seem to get nitrates below 20. I currently have a bio ball wet dry, could that be the culprit? I will be upgrading to a 40 gallon refugium soon. Will that affect my tank going instantly from bio balls to refugium?
