What is living in my Coral?

Hey All,

Wonder if you can help me. I noticed a small hole at the top of my coral some time back and the hole seems to have gotten bigger and it looks like something is inside it?! There seems to be a new hole appearing further down the coral as well. Any help on what is going on here and what I should do is greatly appreciated!
