Fish sucked into sump?

Anyone else had this happen?

Came home today to find my Valentini puffer hanging around in my sump.

I have a marineland corner flow 90 gallon, the only place he could have went into the corner flow is directly underneath the return heads. Like I wouldn't think his body woulda fit in there!? Crazy!
