jph's 20G tall

So... i may have hinted at this in my other thread.
i'm starting a second tank :)

purchased a aqueon 20 gallon tall last weekend, test fitting it on my slightly modified ex-liquor cabinet.

took the top off, and started to reinforce it a bit.
probably wasn't needed as it felt pretty sturdy already, and is of better built quality. did a strength ans stability test by sitting on in and wiggling around a bit

as you can see... the tank has about 1 inch overhang on both sides.
i'm planning to cut a piece of 3/4 plywood, and use that as a support in between the stand and the tank, so it's fully supported. i don't think that there is enough overhang to cause a problem.

the plan is to turn this tank into an AIO setup.
currently not sure if i'll make the divide along the entire back wall, or on the right side (initially i was thinking back wall, but the more i think about it, having it on the right may be better. the view to the tank will mainly come from front and left sides.

and i already have a long narrow tank in the form of the 6G bookshelf.
so i like the idea of the possibilities of 12" depth.
