Too much flow for IM Nuvo 8?

Hi all,



I had a quick question regarding flow for my IM Nuvo 8gal. My tank is currently sticked with zoos, frogspawn, hammer, scans, blasts and a duress clam. With rocks and sand taken into consideration I'm guessing total tank volume is about 6-7 gallons.



I have upgraded the stock return pump to an MJ900 (230gph) which give me 32-38X turnover. I have been debating getting an Koralia nano 240 for the tank as well. Do you think this will be too much flow? I would eventually like to add some SPS to the tank, and I know they need the high flow to survive bit I also thought it may been too much for the LPS in the tank.



I also thought about getting the koralia nano 240 and them replacing the stock pump. the stock pump is only 4 watts as opposed to 8 watts for the MJ and koralia is only 3 watts I believe. I sometimes have trouble keeping the tank cool in the summer and my thinking was that this would help keep the tank cooler but I don't know if it would be THAT much help.
