South Pacific Cornet Coral not opening!

I have an AquaMedic Yasha (30L), 30cm x 40cm x 30cm.

Temperature: 25-26C

pH: 8.1

kH: 8.3 dKH

Magnesium: 1350 ppm

Calcium: 440 ppm

Phosphate: 0 ppm

Nitrates: 0.5 ppm

Ammonia: 0 ppm

Iodine: 0.6 ppm

All of my corals are doing brilliant, but the south pacific cornet coral is hardly opening at all and hasnt done since i added it 2 weeks ago. I started it on the bottom but it didnt open, tried varying the flow on it but still no luck. I have moved it up slightly but it still isnt opening. Any ideas?
