quick salinity question

Mixed up a batch of saltwater to do my water change tonight after work, its sitting at 1.023 and my tank water is at 1.024, i didn't have time to add anymore salt, i just wanna know if its safe to add the .023 to my tank, and if its also 10 gallons i will be adding, don't wanna harm my fish/livestock?
