clown fish has sore on lower jaw.

Last week we noticed one of our clowns had a sore on lower jaw (reddish/white ). It seems he can't close his mouth now and his lips seem a little swollen. Has not ate in the last few days. Never had a problem since we got the pair a few years back. Hopefully somebody knows what I can do. Thanks
