Cleaning filter socks - my first time

I now need to wash a pair of filter socks in my washing machine for the first time.... and i have questions.



> Do i turn the socks inside-out? the socks i have are ones that have a stiff plastic ring

> Exactly how much bleach do i add to the wash for only a pair of socks?

> Do i add any detergent or just use bleach?

> Does it matter if I use hot or cold?
