Hello,i was just curious as to what kind of powerhead you would recommend for a 30 gallon FOWLR and live sand. I don't want it to be too powerful so that is is difificult fo rmy fish to swim but I want decent water flow cause I am hoping to add at least one anemone and one or two corals later on down the road. And also if u feel a skimmer is a necessity.
