Frogspawn shriveled. At whits end

I have had a frogspawn coral since I started my tank about 4 months ago. It has always been my best specimen. Over the last few days it refuses to extend and its arms look very shriveled. All other corals are doing awesome. Water parameters are as follows;

Ammonia - 0
Nitrite - 0
Nitrate - between 0 and 5 ppm
Ph - 8.0
Calcium - 390
Kh - 10.4 dKH
Phosphate - between .02 and .04
Salinity - 1.024
Temp - 80.7

Things I have tried:

Moved it in a few different places
Dipped in coral rx
Adjusted flow of power heads
Changed lighting intensity.

Important factors

I recently changed tanks about 2 weeks ago from a 60 gallon long to a 90 gallon cube so I change light fixture about 3 days ago to a kessil A350w- tuna blue. This morning my ph was a little low at 7.7 so I added some backing soda and brought it up to 8.4. This evening ph has settled to 8.0. I also dosed seachem reef complete at recommended level and a squirt of Kents coral vite. Also. I added two new fish one of with was another dwarf angel and it caused a battle royale in my tank so had to redo the rockscape.

My system:

I have a 90 gallon cube with a 20 gal sump. I'm running gfo and carbon in separate reactors. I have 2 powerheads and run an aqua remoria c pro skimmer.

I wish I knew how to add pics on here and I could show y'all. Any help I would love as I'm at my wits end and about to throw things lol.
