Can someone look at this chart and explain it to me?

At 90 "dynamic feet of head", it is showing a flow rate of 22gpm which is 1300 gph with a maximum head of 140 feet.
Everything about that tells me that its wrong, or more likely, I am reading it wrong. So, can someone look and tell me if I am reading it correctly or not?
