Microbubbles that swim?

So my tank is nearing day 60. Ammonia and nitrate is zero and nitrate is still going down and is at 15ppm.

Last week I added two fish. The tank was started with BRS reef saver dry rock and I used the red sea reef mature to get the bacteria going.

I added a 1.5 inch piece of dead coral frag that was 100% covered in coraline to seed the tank. about a week ago my glass was covered in little white guys crawling all over and I assume they were copepods.

The water has been crystal clear until 3 days ago. Now it turned slightly cloudy and it looked like I had millions of little microbubbles everywhere.

I had to turn the flow off 100% to add some new plumbing and what I saw was so weird. All of the "microbubbles" were in suspended animation in the water column just sitting there. So I thought it was debris. Well some of them started swimming around. They are so tiny, the best I can describe it looks like small dust particles that can swim. They are so small you can't even see the appendages move.

What can these be?
