Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and the reef community. I have a couple of questions. I have live sand and Caribe sea dry rock in my one week old tank. One small clown and I have been keeping the lights off to help cut down on algae during the cycle period. Should I not do any water changes until the cycle is complete ? Also when do you recommend installing a protein skimmer? Any help would be appreciated. Ty.
