Hope this is an adequate place to post this. I got a purple trumpet frag about a month ago and this tiny guy (maybe half the size of a dime) was on the frag. Once it was in the QT tank it separated and floated around the tank and reattaching to the glass or pvc pipes. The frag has been moved to the main tank but I left this guy in the qt to monitor it's behavior and see if it grew (it didn't).
Was hoping someone could tell me what it is and if I should throw it in the main tank (small 5g tank with zoas, trumpets, gsp a yellow clown Goby and hermits/snails) or remove it.
Any help would be appreciated.
