Fairly new to saltwater reef tank. Protein Skimmer, about 70LB's LR, 20 gal. sump. Added a UV. Bi-Color blenny, line wrasse 2x clowns, engineer 2x shrimp and used to have a BT traded for a YT. ALL water tests are good! Bought a Blue Tang from Petco, what a HUGE mistake. Yes, introduced ich. I ended up trading him in to a LPS and took a YT. He got ich, frequently went to the fire shrimp. For several days the noticeable ich is gone. Looks like a few bumps under the skin, not sure thou. All other fish are healthy and do not seem to have ever gotten the ich. I do have a QT up and ready but don't want to dismantle DT to catch the fish. So many conflicting threads. Is it possible if I keep water quality up, feed frequently that the ich could go away???
