Its been 5 days..and I know..I tried to relax and maybe I could not not resist and done it again!
I was doing water change today and I took out live rock and rinse with RO/DI water(no salt was added)for 15 sec..because there are so many dead stuff floating in the water and things fell off from Live rock. So I decided to clean(pick up white film on water surface, and sand vacccum via water change) and do small water change(at day 5)
Before I chekc my water parameter, is this OK to do during new tank cycle?
