I have a couple lettuce sea slugs in a nano tank and their favorite food is bryopsis algae - yes the dreaded nuisance algae! Bryopsis looks a look like small ferns growing in your tank. See attached pics from a great article on keeping slugs in reefkeeping dot com (I can't include the link because my post count is too low)
If you are fighting a bryopsis outbreak, I would happily pay for a clump of it or a small rock covered in the stuff. It would have to be shipped to me in Oklahoma. But I understand bryopsis will survive in the dark with extreme temperatures for several weeks. So no special packaging would be necessary.
If you don't have any bryopsis, but have a suggestion for where to get some, that would be great too!
Thanks!
