Help with new tank! OMG

Hello,

two days ago, I started my very first sw fish tank.. 20g that is..

I bought the tank with sand + eheim classic 250 canister filter + chemi pure(dunno what this is store said I need this..)+bag of salt.

I used tap(I have water softners) with dechlor..and fill the tank

my hydrometer indicate 1.023~1.024 I kept for a week(really clean)

two days ago, my live rock arrived(from floridaliveroc.com) and without even clean it, I put into tank 30lbs.

at same night, water got cloudy like there is smoke floating around the tank.. it has been 2.5 days now.. and I researched it and I should just let it go?

my PH is 8(using API freshwater kit-they said I can use this kit on sw tank as well)

my ammonia - thru the roof(OMG) its dark green!

my nitrite - 0ppm
my nitrate-0 ppm
temp : 82
its just tons of ammonia at day two...PH seems ok.

is this normal? should I just let it go?

also, there are tons of worms came out of the live rock and they seems dead.. some moving.. should I remove them now?

I also see clams... one just opened up its shell.. and other kept shut...

do I just let them die off until tank is cycled?

any help would be greatly appreciated!!
