5th week of cycling, low pH and nitrates are at 80 ppm

Hello ,recently me and my husband decided to start up a 30 gal saltwater tank. We are now in the 5th week of cycling and everything is where it's supposed to be except our pH is a little low at 7.0. And nitrates are at 80ppm. I was just curious if u had any ideas how to reduce the nitrates and up the pH so that we Can add livestock safely. I know it can take up to 6 weeks,and the nitrates have gone done 50% from last week to this week, but our pH has stayed at 7.0 for the last three weeks. We have partially cured live Rock, and a 4 inch reef sand ,crushed coral mixed sandbed. Please if u have any ideas feel free to share them. Thank you
