Fin Rot Problem

Hello all,



I knew it was going to happen sooner or later and now disaster has struck. My Bangaii cardinal has come down with a bad case of fin rot. I already have him in a QT but need some guidance on what to do next. On every website that I have read they say to isolate the victim than treat with antibiotics; however, I can't get my hands on any antibiotics. Are there any other solutions? I'm currently using Melafix but haven't had success with it in the past. Also, I'd like to hear how others set up their QT tanks.
