125G complete tank breakdown/move/reinstall

Hello to all. I am about to embark on a 125G complete tank breakdown/move/reinstall. I have some help, a covered trailer, a truck, and supplies ready to go. However, still have some questions about the move and process before I hand off the cash to the current owner. It will be travelling about an hour from their place to ours. It has a refugium as well but have not seen any articles that address the sump and refugium for moving. My questions are this:

* Suggestions on breakdown and move of refugium and sump? It is a 55G.

* Suggestions on sandbed? Replace with new live sand or reuse? Currently it is on about 1 1/2 inch 2 1/2 year established sandbed. Although current owner said she did not clean or vac the sandbed.

* How to carry or move the actual 125G glass tank? I've heard hydraulic suction cups, one person on all four corners, one person on each end, etc.

* Suggestions of check valves and where to add as current owner does not have them?
