lighting advice?

need advice on the lighting, tank is a 20 long. 12 inches tall. have a 4 bulb t-5 with 2 white and 2 blue bulbs. i plan on having mostly Euphyllia corals and some softies, is the lighting right and what height should i have it over the tank?
