Wanting help with what to do for setup

Hi all new here to reef tank. im wanting to get into saltwater slowly(finacial reasons lol) i currently have a 60g rectangular tank, its a reefland tank and stand. its measurements are for the Tank: 12.75 in L x 48.5 in W x 25 in H. Wondering where to start? I literally have nothing but tank and led light that would be ok with Fish only. its not drilled so im thinking hob skimmer. i need ideas for lighting, skimmer, and any other equipment. if i remember rock is 1 lb per 1g? thanx in advance for any info.
