First Friday of fall

Good morning TRT friends, and.....HAPPY FRIDAY! Hope all are well, and there was no TRTI going around last night. Got my Ortho Dr's visit this morning....driving 'Lil' Hack into school since my Dr. is close to it, and at about the same time. Expecting to be cleared for work....YEAH! Got out in our gym last night with Naterbug and doing some lighter weights to get some strength built back up in myself after nearly a month of nothingness. Built a new 'Lat/Trap' rig to target my injuries, and the Little Man fell in love with it. Thomas's English muffins and assorted jellies to go with our coffee and pink milk to get us moving today. The Twp. is having a 'Movie in the park' tonight, last of the season, Star Wars....'The force awakens', so we'll be heading over there tonight with our blankets spread out, to catch all the free pop corn we'll be spilling as we try to throw it in the air and catch it.:cool: Best of all to all,
