hello, its been a while but i come with some new questions
currently ive been running a 55 gallon with a 20 gallon sump successfully for around 3 years. i use to come here for help with problems i faced in the system but ever since i started an experiment, where i didn't do water changed for longer stretches of time, all my problems ceased to exist. currently im doing water changes only when i feel like it. usually around 2-4 months apart and only about 15-20 gallon changes each. my parameters have been perfect throughout the experiment which i started around a little more then 14 months ago. ive had great growth and healthy fish with different types of sponges, worms and algae growing all around.
im here again to ask about the 75 gallon tank i just bought the other day.
i plan on taking the 55 gallon tank and moving it all to the 75.
what im curious about is if a slight bend in the bottom center brace of the tank is of concern,if i should reinforce the stand that i bought it with and if theirs anyway to remove scratches on the side of the black frame.
i included pictures below. i currently have the tank filled to the top with water on top of the stand and it feels solid to me. the bent center brace appears to have not moved at all.
